At A-Z Housing Solutions, we use a more affordable and flexible model. Our Basic Tenant Placement Package starts at $995, with optional add-on services available only when needed. This allows landlords to control their cost while still receiving professional support during one of the most important parts of the rental process: choosing the right tenant.
Our focus is not just to fill a vacancy quickly. Our focus is to help landlords reduce rental risk by reviewing applicant information, checking key documents, supporting lease preparation, and helping landlords understand practical rental considerations before accepting a tenant.
